Some of the key activities involved in building design services include; Programming, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Permit Documents, Detailed Design, Tender Documents and Construction Documents. We Assist the client in selecting a contractor through the bidding process. This involves reviewing bids, negotiating contracts, and clarifying project requirements with potential builders.
