Master planning typically involves; Assessing current conditions, Setting goals and objectives, Stakeholder engagement, Land use planning, Transportation planning, Environmental planning, Infrastructure planning, Economic development planning, Implementation strategy and Monitoring and evaluation. Master planning is a collaborative and iterative process that involves input from a wide range of stakeholders and experts to create a cohesive and sustainable vision for future development. The resulting master plan serves as a roadmap for guiding decision-making, investment priorities, and development activities in the project area. 

In project management, the main tasks include planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure its successful completion. This involves; Defining project goals and objectives, Developing a project plan, Managing project scope, Monitoring progress, Risk management, Communication and stakeholder management, Team management, Quality control and Project closure. These are just some of the key activities involved in project management. The specific tasks and responsibilities may vary depending on the nature of the project and the industry in which it is being executed.
